Six Days @ CIT – More than Just Training

When I arrived at CIT, Coimbatore, for the six-day training program for teachers, I expected structured sessions, a few notes, and maybe some polite networking. What I got instead was a whole new world of experiences, ideas, and people.

From the very first day, I met new faces  each with a story, a style, and a spark. Some smiled instantly, some warmed up slowly, but everyone added something to my journey. The mornings were full of fresh energy, engaging discussions, and thought-provoking activities that made me rethink my own teaching methods. The afternoons had a different pace ,more practical sessions, more open conversations, and, of course, the quiet excitement that builds just before lunch.

The resource persons didn’t just deliver content; they challenged our perspectives, encouraged participation, and added moments of laughter when we least expected it. Sometimes a serious debate would take a funny turn, and suddenly the room would feel lighter yet more connected.

Beyond the sessions, the real magic happened in the small interactions the quick chats over tea, the shared notes, the exchanged contact details. These weren’t just names saved in my phone; they were new connections that might shape my professional journey ahead.

By the end of the six days, I carried home more than just a notebook full of ideas. My profile had a new dimension, my mind had fresh clarity, and my heart held the quiet satisfaction that comes when you’ve truly gained something valuable.

CIT didn’t just train me, it inspired me. It reminded me that learning is not just about knowledge; it’s about people, experiences, and the joy of exploring together.
